THE CREATIVE PROCESS

initial consult

It's important for us to get to know your project and style and what you are hoping to achieve.

CREATIVE RESEARCH

Before our initial consult we ask clients to put together an assortment of photos that express their style.

Design Layout

We'll review your space or custom build plans, discuss ideas, and answer questions. This will help us create a budget that will work for your project/build. From there we work through a formal estimate for review.

Contract & Final Design

Once the initial estimate has been reviewed, and you feel Lakewood Homes and Remodeling is a good fit for your project. We finalize a contract. Once a formal contract is signed, we begin working through finalizing blueprints/plans, project selections, final price out and finalizing designs.

Pre Build Meeting

Once we finalize plans and final numbers, we are ready to schedule you for your project.

Typically, our team will have a final pre-build or pre-project meeting. We will go over all the final selections and final numbers. We will at that time provide a schedule for your project. We will set expectations for the project and finalize any remaining questions or outstanding items.

Construction

Now it's time to kick back and relax and let our team do the work.

We will provide you with weekly updates via email on your projects along with scheduling bi-weekly client check in meetings to go over pertinent decision making items.

You will have access to your budget at all times and always know the project timeline.
